Mid-season 5. Buffy needs a job, Spike’s interviewing. They spend a few hours together and discover how much they mean to each other. Vamp Spike, Slayer Buffy, but I’ve tweaked the universe just a little.

Buffy is not the Chosen One, just a girl with powers. Spike is the one sworn to protect her. When she unknowingly breaks his heart, he claims her and she is not happy about it. Will she accept him or reject him?

Buffy has just lost her mother, whom she has been estranged from for five years due to her mother’s marriage to a certain man by the name of Spike. Now, Buffy has returned home to bury her mother, face Spike, and the whole mess of demons returning home has unleashed. Spike, it appears, has his own demons to face, and Buffy may end up needing him more than she realizes.
Fate, Faith, Family
Buffy’s sister Faith has just died in a car accident and Buffy has now inherited Faith’s son, Nate. Spike is her best friend and vows to help. Spike shortly realizes he’s in love with Buffy, but will she go for Spike or for Nate’s nice pediatrician, Angel?
With a Rebel Yell
Altered events of Season 2. Due to circumstances beyond her control, Buffy finds herself at an 80’s Flashback night club where she finds the Billy Idol impersonator a bit, uh, familiar.
Some Cold Lovin’, Las Vegas Style
AU/Not set in any season. Basically, this is my attempt at a baby fic, and I’m rewriting Buffy’s whole slayer beginning. So let’s call it a AU fic, for the sake of argument. A vampire Spike, a pre-slayer Buffy, a night in Vegas….. oh the possibilities!
